Our Sunday Worship is hospitable, liturgical, and scriptural.
HOSPITABLE
Our worship is hospitable because we want you to come as you are, be greeted with grace and peace, and experience the love of Christ through the care of others. Our music is an eclectic blend of ancient hymns and contemporary songs, reminding us that what matters most is lifting our voices together in praise to the Lord.
LITURGICAL
Our worship is liturgical—including elements such as a call to worship, confession of sin, assurance of pardon, confession of faith, and intercessory prayer—because we want every part of our service to be thoughtfully shaped by God’s Word. While “liturgy” can sometimes carry a negative reputation, we believe that when it is done well, it draws us together as one body and helps each of us focus our hearts on the Lord.
SCRIPTURAL
Our worship is Scriptural, with God’s Word at the very center, so that every part of our service is grounded in and saturated with Scripture. The preaching of the Word is one of the marks of the church, and we take that calling very seriously. Our pastors typically preach expository sermons, walking carefully through entire books of the Bible—expounding the text and applying it to our lives—so that God’s voice, not ours, sets the agenda for our life together.
We would love for you to worship with us on Sunday morning to hear the good news of Jesus Christ and fellowship together.
